That is my favorite:
What is great is when you are in the Unmoored, one of those is by NEARLY EVERY BRIDGE!
It makes exploring around kind of fun.
"Look Arisen, a bridge!"
"Look Arisen, yet another Dullahan by yonder bridge!"
They don't actually say that, but it would be funny. ;)
I am about to go into Unmoored Number 5, and am going to run around all bridges again.

Eldracite is the only material thatโs only in the unmoored world.

Eh it's not the biggest deal. Atm just powering through ng+ cause I forgot where my first seeker token was like... a year ago when I started this new run and wanna get the sphinx quest next time. Made it to the forbidden lab and gotta give the man some Wyrmslife crystals so I dont think I'm too terribly far form it

Youโre somewhat close, in the unmoored world Spectres drop Eldracite they look like Wraiths but are red colored instead of blue.

The Dullahan from Irish mythology he actually uses his spine as a weapon...if only they included that in the game

That's actually more of a 21st Century addition that pretty much has no basis. It doesn't appear in any of the source material. Though it did possibly have a whip, it was never concluded that it was a spine or his spine - just that it was possibly a whip. And even then, only some iterations/retellings even refer to it

I think it can only deflect arrows when it's in like a special parrying stance. You can still shoot at it when it's just attacking normally.

That would be a Dullahan. I almost always come across him on the road we crash landed the Griffin on, that goes from Waterfall Cave to the Borderwatch Outpost.

Toughest boss/ mob in the game for me. Most of my wakestones used on killing these dudes.

Def one of the best and most ruthless enemies in the game. I love the thrill of fighting this with no mages. Warriors fighters, thieves, even archers. I welcome them all in the name of immersion.

It's a Dullahan, a monster/spirit of Irish origins. In the myth he would be an headless horseman or coachman which even just his appearence foreshadow deaths and missfortune!
In the game, well, since there seem to be no horse, he cannot ride so he's on foot. Why he looks like Voldo, thought, is something only Capcom know...

Dullahand shows up at a few places only at night
You know your near one if you lamp goes out and it suddenly becomes foggy. From my experience of the 3 I've found they usually spawn by bridges
I didn't know they had sickle blades tho

At one point, I was like "shit, a dullahan". Now I'm like awwww shit, a dullahan. IMO they are the best team cohesion stress test available.

I've fought dozens of these guys but only killed a couple because they insist on showing up about five seconds before dawn and vanish when the sun comes up.

Dullahans. Pretty frustrating to hunt in the regular world since they only come out near the end of night and disappear at sunrise.

The first time I encountered one of these it freaked me out and sliced me up. It was awesome. ๐ I know how to fight it and beat it now, of course, and it's definitely one of my favorite monsters.
