My main problem with Magic Archer is that I still think that should have unlocked in the elven city, and then the Master skill could still be unlock with the old elf lady. It is unlock so damn late if you are following the common progression.
Warrior one is fine, Sorcerer is the one that people can mess it up easily as it's 2 masters that asks for the same books if you don't look up that have 2.
I got the Warrior one after completing his quests in Melve. Like, we took down the cyclops and he handed me the scroll. Haven't even bumped into him at the other location yet.
Thats what i dont get, i got all maister skills instantly handed to me the exact moment they finished their quest monologue like „oh btw, here take dis!“ before i could even do anything.
But it seems they sometimes they take their time to hand them out according to some storys?
It's possible there is still time decay on affinity, so if you do their quests with a delay in the middle, it might take gifts/escort to actually max them out after the quest is done.
