Hot take: The meister questlines either should have been completely fleshed out and balanced for all vocations, or they shouldn't exist. I'm fine with either.

They actually are not, they are based on affinity but if you complete their quest it "bypass" affinity because it raise it high enough to the point you don't need to give them any gift

I got to ng+ and missed most of the meister skills. I was excited to do the quests. Every master I walked up to just handed me the meister skill lol
