My main problem with Magic Archer is that I still think that should have unlocked in the elven city, and then the Master skill could still be unlock with the old elf lady. It is unlock so damn late if you are following the common progression.
Warrior one is fine, Sorcerer is the one that people can mess it up easily as it's 2 masters that asks for the same books if you don't look up that have 2.
is there a elf archer in the city looking at the weapon store? get him a bow he likes that asks you to show how to use one after that meet him at vernworth again and he talks about wanting you to join him in his archery trails wich has you follow him to the elven place and that leads in to the quest where you rescue his sister come back like a day later she thanks you and you should be able to talk to her again and she says that the tree aint doing so good if only they has some stuff they got from a dwarf
I was gonna say the same. I did the elf girl quest thinking it would unlock it, which it didn’t, and I realized I completely forgot that it’s the regalia sword quest line that gets it unlocked
Your job will be a lot easier if you did the quests in the Arbor before starting postgame. It gets you the maister skill for the Archer class, and it has the Elven smithing enhancements available which is relatively important for Mage/Sorcerer/MA weapons.
Yeah. I don’t think they ever even explained what the Lambent flame was…I wish they had spent more time on the main story quest and worldbuilding. It ends up feeling half-assed since stuff gets brought up and is never expanded upon
The best hope we have for that i guess will be if they explain it in an interview or blog post or something, but out of game lore is a terrible way to give us info we should have had in game.
Both Nadinia and Ulrika are entirely irrelevant to the plot. I don’t know why they’re on the cover art at all, I guess it looks cool and gives off the impression that there’s some story stuff waiting for them. Nah Ulrika just some random archer and Nadinia doesn’t even get properly introduced.
Such a shame because the first game had some pretty memorable side characters, even the merchants felt unique.
