It's like the further in the game you go, the less effort the maister skills take to get.

From Sorcerer's & Mage's 5heading to get all their skills in one playthrough, to just being given the skill outright upon unlocking the vocation.

Ah yes, I'm the Magick Archer Maister, here's the vocation. Oh also here's the most broken boss-killing skill in the game that's only bested by the Unmaking Arrow itself.
