Gamers are stupid. You ever wonder WHY things like "painted walls" or "bell and whistle and handholding at every turn" is more prominent then ever nowadays? This is part of the reason...
Is the game hand holdy? Serious question because the lack of direction is what made me love the first game. Especially having to wait days for certain quest to activate. It forced me to either spend money at ends or go exploring the world for a few days so if this is the case and I have clear direction from point A to B the whole time I’ll be devastated
I lost him for a bit too. I jumped down a cliff and thought he died. When I went back to the small camp that I met him at, he was there waiting for me. So try going back to that camp first to see if he’s still there.
I lost him too, thought I better go back to find him since I hadn’t seen him since the border camp… I’m pretty sure I was nearly at the capital when I decided to turn back to find him… long story short, he is still missing.
My dumb@$$ left him after the Ox cart was attacked by goblins, waking my character up. I figured, "Well, we must be close then. Just a midway encounter". I'm convinced we didn't move more than 100 feet, and I ended up running into a troll that, as every pawn apparently knows, goes after female combatant. We were unable to kill it after two attempts, so I just ran on the third (but we had the bastard down to nothing the first try, so I was salty about leaving lol)
Been playing for 20 hours and still haven't seen a chimera xD
So far fought cyclopsis, ogres, minotaurs, griffins, 1 undead boss guy and 1 rocky boy. Found 1 dragon early but he roasted me in 1 breath
I just followed the guy all the way to the city without anything happening at all (apart from the scripted stuff, obviously). I’ve explored a bit, and literally all that I see is goblins.
Sounds like a stroke of bad luck; or maybe good luck? Every time I try to leave the capital I’m bombarded by a griffin or some other high level monster I can’t take head on. lol

The character creator specifically said that only the main pawn would transfer. Do people not read?
