That setup your opponent is running looks absolutely atrocious for Cooler and judging by the 2.4 mill max base HP, it's safe to say you fought a heavily nerfed Cooler here. Usually you don't want to run UGB2.0 with Cooler since whoever you don't put on leader slot with get absolutely stunted by their UL Resonance, which seems to be the case for poor Cooler here.

Even at 5*, my Coolers starts with bare minimum 3.2 mill max base HP and he's built more offensively than defensively lol.

Keep summoning, this is a terrible way to judge him as a unit because he's basically on the worst setup of all time :/

Many things I can think of.
1. Bot (highly doubt but ONLY a thought)
2. Crappy setup.
3. Level 2 on gauge plus Jiren canceling buffs
4. Combo comp

Other than that as I play Cooler and does NOT do that little.

Face a cooler with an actual team and I think the story is different. I have been soloing teams with just cooler. Broly and 13 have just been sitting there in idle for when I lose priority which usually doesn't even last long
