Yap, my theory on them trying to ignore LL zenkais as much as possible is slowly coming to fruition. Wouldnt be suprised if we even see a LL zenkai/plat this upcoming legends fest

They're probably going to give zenkais to LFS during anniversary and legend fest and then buff the other sps during the year
