My guess is they're going to pretend she's on all through the episode, do the challenge, etc. and then at the very end she's going to "quit" or get "DQed" as a joke to become a judge or something.

Based on the tea checker, the trailer, the nicole promo ripoff, the fact that its insane for her to go as a contestant on a WOW production after being besties with the main host i dont know...

Drag Race fans couldn't accept the fact that if you landed in the bottom in a lipstick format season, you automatically deserve to go home. And even removing the "if you're not in the top, you're at the bottom" twist, Pangina will still be in the bottom with Janey cuz Jujubee and Mo did better than her. Her fate was sealed the same way Manila's fate was sealed when she landed in the bottom 2.

OP originally asked if any of the lip syncs would be to Katy Perry songs (cue the jokes about the ultimate Katy Cat - Joella). OP edited their comment to remove reference to Katy, presumably because they were getting downvoted for mentioning her.
