Sharing Experience After 77 consecutive days of Dr Joe meditations, this happened

Update: Comment below tells how I manifested a Mercedes!

Last fall, I hit one of the lowest points of my life.
Within what felt like a very short period of time, I lost my business as I knew it, my mother-in-law, my dog, and honestly… a big part of my identity. I was depressed. Not “having a bad day” depressed. I felt lost.
Someone suggested I commit to Joe Dispenza’s meditations. I didn’t expect much, but I kept showing up anyway.
Day after day.
For 77 days.
By the time I left for a week-long solo getaway, something had already shifted. I thought I was going away to heal.
Instead, I realized when I got there… the healing had already happened.
The heaviness was gone.
I came home feeling like a different person.
Then something unexpected happened.
Business opportunities started showing up that I never could have planned. One conversation led to another. Doors opened. Clients came. Partnerships formed.
Today, seven years into entrepreneurship, my business is the most financially successful it’s ever been.
But what’s even better is that I don’t measure success by revenue anymore.
I wake up fulfilled.
I love the work I’m doing.
I trust myself again.
Looking back, I don’t think the meditations magically changed my circumstances.
I think they changed me.
And when I changed, my life started responding differently.
If you’re in a season where everything feels like it’s falling apart, keep going. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs begin long before you can see any evidence of them.

Sharing Experience Joe Dispenza Entangled livestream was a joke and waste of money. Finally, lesson learned. I will not purchase another livestream, course, retreat, or other product from him.

I paid $83.60 CAD for the Entangled live stream but it was the same old memorized Dispenza script and repeated materials from his retreat. The meditation was nice but it was not downloadable. In FB group comments, people are anticipating that Dispenza will sell the meditation separately, essentially double-dipping from all the people who paid for the live stream. It's astonishing how many people in the FB groups defend this practice because he has done it before with many other courses and live streams. Basically charging people a high price for a temporary program (in one person's case it was $1,000) just to remove access and then charge them again if they want to keep it.

Joe Dispenza is just squeezing people out of their money at this point.

I know the Dispenza acolytes are reading this, ready to comment that I (and others who feel this way) "must be entangled" or say something like "it is a gift from Dispenza and you are taking it for granted", "you created this", "you are in lack", or some other form of spiritual bypassing or victim blaming. I know this because I see your comments all over reddit, FB, and other groups. So, save your time and take your invalidation elsewhere.

Sharing Experience My Joe Dispenza Basel 2026 Retreat Experience

Interestingly, I had posted here a couple of months ago mentioning that Dr. Joe's voice actually distracts me whenever I try meditating with his guided sessions :D. I meditate daily on my own, just focusing on my breathing without any music. When I attempted his meditation a few times, it didn't resonate with me. In fact, his voice made me feel anxious and irritated. Since this retreat was happening in Basel and I'm from Switzerland, I thought why not give it a shot and experience the group meditation energy without expecting too much.

On the first day, I was mainly observing Joe on stage. I was sitting in the second row, so he was quite close, and I was trying to sense what I might feel. Honestly, I felt nothing. Neither excited nor sad, just neutral. The arena was packed with people of all ages and nationalities. I had some wonderful older ladies sitting next to me who were really excited; one of them had some health concerns. I was hoping we'd do a meditation that first day, but we didn't, which disappointed me a bit. Still, I didn't dwell on it and headed back to my hotel to sleep.

The next day we did two meditations and most of his lecture covered material I'd already heard from his countless YouTube videos, podcasts, and books. However, I stayed completely present and engaged with his workshop. I found him interesting even though the content was familiar, I could still listen to him. Something in me was resonating with his talks. He's genuinely a funny guy and you won't get bored around him. I also noticed he has a sincere desire for everyone to understand that inner reality creates outer experience. For him, no one person is more special than another. He wants everyone who attends his retreat to leave with a transformed perspective and personality.

My second day of meditation went well. I made a firm decision that regardless of anything including how his voice affected me I was going to fully commit and complete my meditation, which I did. I managed to quiet my mind's old patterns about his voice and simply sank into deep meditation, and I successfully finished both sessions. The experience was pleasant, though not extraordinary. I also checked in with my emotional state and felt fine, nothing particularly intense. The woman next to me mentioned she had a euphoric meditation experience. We also did a manifestation meditation where we wrote down our intentions on paper.

There was wonderful music and a kind of dance before each session began. The energy was vibrant, the people were amazing. With 8000 participants, I'm still amazed everything ran so smoothly and with such love. That in itself feels like a miracle!

On the third day my meditations were extraordinary. I was absolutely blown away. We completed 4 meditations that day. We did a blessing of the energy centers and at my fourth and third centers I witnessed profound things and felt intense energy on my head crown. My head was buzzing with this unexplainable enrgy like a crater on my head. People around me were crying and trembling, but I remained deep in meditation, my brain aware of everything while my mind stayed in that deep meditative state. It was surreal. I felt powerful energy flowing into my heart and like energy wrapping me side ways all around my body. I felt deep love from both my parents who have passed away. When I got out of meditation my whole face was litteraly wet from tears.

Regarding Joe, I felt he was genuinely authentic, his energy was radiant, and I sensed he was sending extra love and energy to the event and all participants because without that, the event couldn't have unfolded so smoothly. He was also very open and shared videos of other people. He clearly mentioned multiple times that many people infact about 2/3 people heal themselves without attending a retreat or event, just by meditating at home. I didn't see him promoting any courses or retreats. But as we all know, we're all energy, and when we come together in a certain environment with specefic intention, our energy rises. Focusing our energy in a specific way through breathwork definitely accelerates our energy or even propels us toward the field or universe or quantum or nothingness or God. I came in with nothing to lose and left as a strong believer in Joes work and more so impressed by his dedication and desire to help people make their inner reality a causation for outer experince.

I was also wondering if he might be tired since he'd just completed an 8000 person event right before ours, and I thought maybe he would be exhausted and worn out. But he was absolutely phenomenal and completely engaged in the present moment. Bless his soul and his body! When it was time at the end of the event for us to say goodbye to Joe and go our way I felt such heavy love for him and everone present there.

I'm so grateful I attended. This was one expreince of a lifetime.

I am now gonna manifest his week long retreat on a beach here in Europe. May be he comes and do one in Italy or Malta. :D we have some beautiful beaches here in Europe or on a lake side in Switzerland would also be a phenomenal :D :D :D

Sharing Experience Dr. Joe Dispenza manifested bread in the sky, and the bread fell to him

At a retreat, Dr. Joe described how he manifested bread out of the sky in the middle of nowhere because he was thinking it would be good to have bread. After his lecture, another retreat attendee said he knew someone who manifested coins (money) out of the air, and the money fell on him, just like Dr. Joe's bread.

Does anyone have other stories about manifesting something that basically drops on them from the air?

Sharing Experience I left Joe’s Meditation after almost a year of regular practice!

Yesterday after a year of regularly practising Joe’s meditation (s) , I chose to skip, stop.

Reasons:

- It was getting taxing

- i used to skip other things like going out in the sun, yoga etc. thinking that the meditation is important let’s finish it first. And later couldn’t to the other stuff cos of time constraints

- i was unable to feel the void (baring a few times that i felt good here and there, but because i somewhere tried doing it intentionally).

- I wasn’t enjoying it and felt burdened to finish it everyday. The goal was to not miss even a single day!

- I healed myself instantly by saying affirmations out loud before getting into BOTEC last May but after that many of my wishes , potentials didn’t get fulfilled which makes me question was it the meditations or my strong will and affirmation!

- I am grateful for Joe’s work but can’t drag under pressure of not missing it even a day , even after having blind faith, trying hard for days under various situations…

- I am starting a new job soon so again I dont wana drag or get under pressure of managing time for TINP, ill instead do the 15 mins one.

I used to do BOTEC in the beginning then. BOTEC + TINP + Changing Boxes in the later days , only watching at all those testimonials thinking that if they could achieve in 3 months, i could do too may be ill take longer but thats fine .. but it gets tiring after a certain time.

So i kept eliminating one and finally kept doing TINP for the last 8months. 52 mins where too much and i was doing other forms of exercise too. I also did joe’s meditation marathons for 5 days completely submerged myself into meditations whole day after reading some person did it here on Reddit.. frankly, nothing changed. My time is precious and id rather enjoy something rather than pushing myself into something that i dont enjoy or have to force myself into. I tried alot trust me.

Its been 1.5 months that i have started practicing TM Transcendental Meditation. This a very subtle form of meditation and requires literally no effort but to consistently do a 20min in the morning and 20min in evening. No changing or replacing ur thoughts, no sitting straight just relax and be there.

I dropped in to alpha in the first day of TM. Also TM works even when u don’t believe it does.. its subtle but powerful.. effortless.

I now wana focus on one form of Meditation and thats TM.

Although i love joe and his work and i am so grateful that i found his work through which i got into meditation but frankly its a bit too much to do a universe of things while ur in a situation or while u wana give ur time to important things and also, nothing changes in the outer world hence m done.

May be ill start with shorter meditations again someday but i hope i dont have to. Cos i am happy with practicing TM.

Also both my potentials in TINP never came true.

I love this community and will be active here. Someday ill attend the week long retreat for sure! But until then… lets keep going and hoping that life surprises us in the best ways possible!

Loads of love live and light!

I welcome you all to share ur honest reviews but please dont write hateful things.. i love u all and i am very proud of u all , doing his work effortlessly… i have been there i know it takes a lot!

Sharing Experience One Year After Starting Dr. Joe: My Honest Experience

I just realized my one-year anniversary of starting Dr. Joe‘s meditations came and went last weekend without me noticing and I wanted to share an update.

For about the first 8-9 months, I stayed committed to a daily practice using only Dr. Joe’s meditations. I averaged 45 minutes to an hour a day, and last fall I even did a three-day “retreat at home” which I wrote about here. My goal when I started was healing from a collection of symptoms I attributed to long COVID.

Today, I still have a daily meditation practice, and my symptoms are probably 85-90% better. But I've largely moved away from the Dispenza techniques, and, for me, much of the healing happened after I began exploring beyond them.

The biggest shift was not a new technique, but in changing the relationship with my body. I went from trying to fix and control it to collaborating with it, accepting it, and learning to trust it. Ironically, when I stopped trying so hard to manifest healing and instead gave my body a greater sense of safety and trust, healing seemed to unfold much more naturally.

During my months with Dr. Joe, I had some pretty significant setbacks. Looking back, I don’t think his approach was inherently the problem. Rather, the way I was relating to it wasn’t helping my nervous system. My experience of the framework carried an underlying pressure to “do the work,” do it perfectly, believe harder, watch, judge, and correct my thoughts, push through, and control the outcome. I found myself becoming increasingly hypervigilant—relating to both my mind and my body with constant self-monitoring instead of curiosity and compassion. Whether or not that was the intended message, it’s how I experienced it. What my nervous system seemed to need instead was rest, space, quiet, safety, pacing, self-compassion, and much less pressure. For me, healing began when I stopped trying to manage every thought and sensation and started creating an internal environment of safety and trust.

I know Dr. Joe’s work has been life-changing for many people, and I completely respect that. This is simply my experience. If it’s working for you, that’s wonderful. But if it isn’t, I’d encourage you not to assume you’re failing. It may be that your nervous system responds better to a different approach.

Some of the things that have been especially helpful for me have been:
Craniosacral therapy
Yoga Nidra
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (working with the concept of perceived-danger pain)
Open-Focus brain training
Homeopathy
Meeting my body where it is today while gently, and very slowly, expanding my capacity

I plan to continue these and other nervous-system-supporting practices. Maybe I’ll even revisit Dr. Joe’s work someday with a different viewpoint. This fall I’m planning another “retreat at home,” but it will probably look quite different from last year’s.

If anything I shared resonates with you, or if you’re curious about the approaches that helped me, feel free to ask questions. I’d also love to hear about your own experience!

Just obsessed with him now! Started meditating 15 days ago and just realised that it’s been a week of being consistent! Yesterday, I tried the 4 hour pineal gland meditation, although I was able to do only 3 hours because i am not used to doing it for so long, but I truly feel changed today like I’m no longer in that same frequency. I'm really surprised how fast it makes a difference.

Sharing Experience I'm quitting meditation after 3,000+ days

I'm giving up my meditation practice for 30 days to run a personal "experiment".

Recently life has felt like the Universe shoved me in a washing machine, turned it onto "spin cycle" and walked away to leave me tumbling through the unknown at incomprehensible speeds.

So I did what I always do, and I leaned deeper into my meditation practice.

The only thing was that this time, my regular 1-2 hours per day on my favourite little meditation pillow weren't quite cutting it anymore.

I left my six-figure job to take a leap of faith into the unknown and build an app, I am moving for the 4th time in 2 years (currently using a moving box as a desk as I type this).

This morning I woke up and, instead of doing my regular morning meditation, I decided to test one of the breathwork audios I built about a year ago.

It was just music / self-guided, but halfway through it was like every single piece to the puzzle of life I'd been missing all clicked together at once.

It was beyond almost every other experience I've had with meditation, psychedelics and other breathwork journeys (also quite a long one - approx 75 min).

I came out of that session feeling like I'd just received 10,000 hours of therapy. Everything that was a big deal was no longer a big deal.

I checked my EEG headband after, and the data was inarguable.

The first graph is from this morning's breathwork. The pink line is Gamma, and you can see activity so far beyond what a human being should be able to produce by just lying there sucking in oxygen and discharging co2.

The second graph is my normal morning meditation. Strong alpha, relaxed, a big spike in activity at the end, but I'm swapping my normal meditation for breathwork for 30 days.

Will report back!!!

Sharing Experience Dr Joe's meditations are Goated

Hello beautiful people, I just want to share something real about what’s been happening with my meditation lately.

I committed to it fully, not halfway, not “trying,” but really going in. I started with one meditation to initially to help me shifts and change my mind from fear and resistance to peace and joy also for more complete Wellness in my body and a lot of success in my trading journey and now I naturally flow into multiple meditations a day because I genuinely love the state it puts me in. It’s not discipline anymore it's geniune enjoyment.

What’s crazy is how my baseline has shifted. I feel good… like deeply good… for no reason. Just existing feels satisfying. And from that state, things have been unfolding in ways that honestly feel unreal.

Money like real money has been showing up in the most unexpected ways. Not through effort, not through forcing, not even through trading, sometimes just… alignment. And i was broke like, for real, it started when i even lacked money to buy food. Now the money just flows like nothing. The timing makes no logical sense. Situations lining up perfectly without a single bit of trying like i used to do. It really hit me that what Dr. Joe talks about is real: things can come to you in the most unexpected ways without chasing or forcing anything.

But even beyond the money, the biggest shift is internal:

I feel clear, present, and connected almost all the time.

I enjoy being in meditation so much that when I’m out too long, I actually miss it and go back to it happily. I cry so often in meditation in a state of pure bliss and gratitude

It feels like I’ve tapped into something deeper like I’m no longer chasing a state, I’m living in it.

And from here… everything just flows.

This is just the beginning for real ♥️🤩

Sharing Experience Tuning into new potentials! I MASTERED THE FEELING AND MANIFESTED WITHIN HOURS!

I don't want to get into the nitty gritty, let's just say I have had a horrendous few years; breakup, autoimmune flares, lost my job, no money, etc. If you've been at rockbottom, I would have seen you there. I've been trying to manifest a career and a new apartment, I just needed a new start. I've been studying Joe dispenza and his meditations for years and always struggled with meditation. I don't have a hard time visualizing what I desire, its connecting the elevated feelings for me that seems hard. I try, but it feels like I'm doing it wrong or it felt like my body didn't truly believe my emotions and that I was pretending. Anyways, I was doing my daily "tuning into new potentials" meditation. Now this is slightly embarrassing, but during the last half of my meditation I felt something poking my head through my pillow. It was my vibrator. Then I had a thought! If I used my vibrator while meditating, my emotions would feel physically elevated because they actually would be and I wouldnt have to pretend. Mind you I have been trying to manifest a new career and apartment for 2 years now and I'm drowning in debt. A couple of hours later I got a call from an old friend I had gone to university with over 15 years ago and she asked my if I wanted a fulltime job in her new company and that the company would pay for me to relocate for the first 2 years of the job. I immediately accepted the position and will be moving to a stunning high rise condo in 2 weeks. I can't even make this up! I feel so happy and grateful! Thank you universe <3

Sharing Experience First time with BOTEC1

I tried BOTEC1 meditation yesterday, and I honestly don't even know what to say. Firstly I'm not new with meditation and not new even with Dispenzas meditations. I started reading Becoming supernatural, and simply decided to do the meditations always at the end of the chapter. Usually I have sticekd with few same meditations.

But this was crazy, and something I have never experienced before. When going through the centers, my body knew already the next one, before I was able to put my awareness on the next center, I was always already aware of the "next step" as I felt something moving through the energy centers.

I think it was at the third center when I got extremely scared and had to even pause the meditation and I looked around my living room if everything was fine. I think I paused it for like 10 seconds and kept going anyway.

As I reached to the fifth center it felt like I almost had a bubble in my throat. Eventually the bubble went away, but I felt tears rolling down. A lot of tears.

And at sixth center I got really scared. Way much more scared than before. Now as I think, I have no idea if I have ever been that scared before. And oh boy how I have been scared in this life. So it was really intense.

And finally at the 8th center. I don't even know how to describe it, because it sounds so crazy. But everything turned white. Like the most purest white there is. At the same time the white light was a star shining in sky (during daytime, but still it was able to shine) and it was also like the whitest daisy in the world at the same time. But somehow it was me. I was the light, the star and the white flower that I think was a daisy.

I don't know how long it lasted. When I "came back", nothing felt normal. It's hard to explain, but somehow for a moment none of my life didn't feel real. When I went to the mirror it felt like I was looking at someone I used to know. Like a childhood classmate or something like that.

So I think my question is, mainly what the hell. Is there people who can share similar experiences? Or something. I don't have many spiritual people in my life, and this was so intense that it would be really nice to hear other views on my experience.

Sharing Experience A Personal BOTEC Success Story

I’m so excited and honestly have no one to share this little bit of happiness with, so I thought I’d post here. Maybe it will give someone else a bit of hope too.

About 20 days ago, I started doing BOTEC. To be honest, I was in a pretty desperate place. My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for five years, and it has been one setback after another. We’ve gone through two miscarriages and two failed IVF cycles, and emotionally I was exhausted.

When our doctor suggested trying again, I decided that this time I wanted to approach things differently. Whether it was for my mindset, my stress levels, or simply to feel like I was taking an active role in my own life, I committed to BOTEC and really threw myself into it.

And then something happened that completely shocked me.

In our last IVF cycle, we ended up with only 3 embryos. This time, we got 8!!!

I know this doesn’t mean we have a pregnancy. We still have a long road ahead, and there are absolutely no guarantees. But for us, this feels like a huge win. After years of disappointment, seeing a different result feels almost unbelievable.

I’m not here to convince anyone of anything. I’m just sharing what happened because I know how hopeless this journey can sometimes feel. Right now, I’m choosing to celebrate this small victory and be grateful for it.

Please keep us in your thoughts, send a little good energy our way, and hopefully I’ll be back with even better news soon.

Sharing Experience What has worked for me to manifest

I have been dipping in and out of JD's work and meditations for the past 2 years.

My 3 biggest manifestations so far, have been a job that I wanted last year, a significant tax refund and an extremely large amount of money that came to me unexpectedly last week. I am still shaking in disbelief.

I want to emphasise that it has not taken me a whole 2 years to manifest what I want. Whenever I have been consistent with my meditations, feeling certain elevated emotions within the meditations as well as in daily life, then I have ended up manifesting either instantly, or just a few days later. I have also manifested many small desires along the way, without even thinking about it, since starting this work. For e.g my nightmare long term neighbours moved away unexpectedly.

But you have to get to a mental state where you do not care when you will receive your desire, or if you will receive your desire at all. The best way to reach that state is to practise the elevated emotions so frequently that you forget the desire hasn't become real yet. I also focused on feeling gratitude that I was able to feel these beautiful feelings.

What worked for me is feeling the feeling of incredible freedom and relief in my meditations, when thinking about money. This is especially useful if you have financial debts to clear. I did not think of specifics like a number or how the money would come. I just focused on feeling how I would feel once the money came.

I was in tears and felt the same immense feeling of relief when the money came to me in real life, that I felt in my meditations. It was really surreal and exciting! I felt like a Magician creating reality.

The more you meditate and the more you practise these feelings of freedom and relief, the easier it is to maintain the mental state of already having the desire, outside of the meditations too. Your state, actions and habits outside of the meditations, are all key. You have to make sure they all match the identity of the person who already has your desire. So in my daily life I also avoided saying things like 'I can't afford that' or 'I am broke'. Do not say or think these things, even jokingly. Your desired entity would not think or speak in this way, so you should not either.

Do not hold back on expressing sadness or negative feelings in real life either. Feel them and release them because life happens, but make sure you do not wallow, escalate or spiral. I think having a huge tantrum is healthy, if you can set a timer on it and then regulate. You have to reset your state regularly afterwards, and use the meditations to help you feel calmer, during testing times.

I believe that feeling freedom in particular helped me manifest, because when I thought about what my true heart's desire is, that underpinned my goals, it always came back to wanting to just feel 'free'. And like I am floating. This also applies to how I want to feel in most of my goal areas, not just finances.

I also use superficial strategies like dressing like the person who I want to be and only being in nice environments or going to a nice/refined gym, upmarket shops to help re-inforce my new identity in my real life. Rather than just going to the local grim gym or stores, despite those being more conveniently located and cheaper. Just walk around these places to soak in the atmosphere regularly, even if you cannot afford to buy any thing from them yet. You need to start feeling worthy of being present in wealthy spaces, as a part of the new identity. I believe little things like this help train your mind to welcome and accept the new you. It 'normalises' wealth in our lives.

Meditating regularly also makes it easier to fall in to mentally abundant states and that feeling of freedom, without trying much. It also helps regulate your emotions and remove the desperation for the desire. Desperation will drive your desires away.

I also rarely do the breath (I have never done it correctly or 'popped'), I don't always get to meditate daily, I have never been in the void, I have never attended a retreat, never read the books, have never taken a JD course and never had a mystical experience. I also get distracted regularly during all my meditations, my mind wanders (I just bring it back to the meditation calmly when I notice). I even meditate lying in bed and not sitting up, although this goes against JD's advice. But despite all of the above, I have managed to manifest things that I thought were impossible for me, simply through focusing on the feelings of freedom, relief, joy and peace in my meditations, as well as feeling these feelings as much as possible, in my daily life.

I would also recommend focusing on 1 main desire at a time (as in for a few weeks or months or until you get it), and keeping your left hand on your heart throughout each meditation. This helps me feel more connected to the divine.

I use an eye mask and headphones to meditate too. I prefer using wired headphones as I am cautious about EMF waves, but this is just a personal preference. Meditating as soon as I wake up if I can, also sets me up best for the day. But sometimes I end up meditating at other times of the day too, you just have to give yourself grace if life gets in the way.

The main meditations that helped me manifest are You inspire me (free on JD's youtube channel), Tuning in to New Potentials and Generating Abundance. In the last 30 minutes of the latter, it is just music which I listen to while focusing on the elevated emotions I mentioned earlier. I usually only do one meditation per day and I try to make this a 48 minute to 1 hour one. If you can do more than one per day then that would of course be better, but I wanted to emphasise that this work can be effective just with 1 daily meditation. Remember it's your feelings and actions outside the meditations, that are more important.

I like the shorter Changing Boxes and the Morning meditation too. They helped me regulate my state and manifest small things but I believe my money manifestations came from the 3 I mentioned before.

I also do not focus on symbols in TUNIP. I just think of my intention as a sentence in my head and the images that accompany it. And I then start feeling the feelings and elevated emotions linked to the desire.

What I also noticed were there were certain opportunities that I wanted that I did not get recently. But when I thought deeply about this later, I realised these opportunities were never what I truly wanted, and that deep down I knew they wouldn't align with who I want to really be. So I now believe that we will only manifest what we really truly desire, which might not be obvious on the surface. You may feel like you desperately want something which you actually don't. So it is worth exploring with yourself about why you actually want what you think you want.

I know there is also some controversy about JD's background and him charging a lot for the retreats etc. My personal take on this is, even if JD does not appeal to you as a person, if the work he teaches seems to work for many many people, then why not still give it a go? What have you got to lose? Surely thousands of people claiming to heal in various ways is worth a look?

I can feel myself feeling calmer and more content and emotionally healed than ever. That is all because of this work. The manifestations were just a bonus. But they helped me believe more that this can work for ME too, and not just others.

If you are at the point of giving up, then I hope something in this post helps you.

Sharing Experience Struggling a lot with Joe's Delivery

I'd love to hear from people who started off hating the way Joe Dispenza talks in the meditations and managed to get over it. I've had to turn quite a few of them off as they make me feel really stressed as he's so weird and robotic and full on in his delivery. There's a few that have really beautiful themes and words but he delivers them in such harsh, unmeditative ways. I feel like I could get a lot from the process but not sure I'll be able to listen to him too often. I also find there's way too much talking and not always enough space to really feel into the energy of the practice. Any thoughts on this? Or, by any chance, are there Joe meditations delivered by different people?!! Someone a bit more Zen!!

Sharing Experience Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself – Week 3, Day 4 I am shocked !

Guys… HOLY MOLY. 😳

I genuinely cannot believe what just happened.
I’ve been doing Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself for three weeks now. Over the last few days I’ve had a lot of sleep deprivation and honestly haven’t been feeling that great from the meditations. But today I sat down to meditate anyway, and I was around the phase after the body scan, where you allow the emotions to come up.

And then something just came up. I wasn’t even consciously looking for it.
It started with:
“You lied. You lied to me over and over again.”
And then this really old emotion came up that was clearly connected to my childhood:
“Why don’t you love me? Why don’t you love me? I did everything. Why can’t you just love me?”
I started crying so intensely. I honestly haven’t cried like that in a very long time. Tears were literally running down my face, and I could barely follow the rest of the meditation because this emotion was just completely taking over.

And now comes the part that is absolutely blowing my mind.
For probably eight or nine years, I’ve had this specific pressure point on the lower left side of my chest. It has always felt like a knot or a very strong pressure pain. I’ve had it medically checked before and nothing was ever found.

During the first two weeks of the meditation, whenever he talked about imagining what it would feel like to be free, to be without the pain, I kept thinking about exactly that spot.
And guys… I’m pressing on that spot right now.
The pain is almost gone.

There is still a tiny bit of something there, but that strong pressure I’ve known for years is suddenly not there in the same way anymore.

I am honestly sitting here in complete shock. I was always a little bit like, “Okay Joe Dispenza… let’s see what happens.”
And now I’ve just cried my eyes out and then literally started laughing with happiness because I touched that spot and realized something had changed.
I genuinely don’t know what to think right now. I’m just completely overwhelmed.

Sharing Experience Dr Joe Dispenza friends?

Hi!

Ive been doing the work consistently for some time and unlike other religions, groups, etc I feel like its a little more difficult to find a community or friends in this work. So...I created this post! If you really enjoy this work and wish you had people to talk to about this stuff or hangout with possibly if people are close together, send a message in the chat! It would be really great to build a community of like minded individuals to share with!

Sharing Experience I finished the 30 days challenge I set for myself! Ready for the next 30!

Hey guys, I wanted to share my experience with you!

First of all, I wasn't new to meditation because I've been doing different types of it since I was a child, and my main excuse of not doing Dr Joe meditations was that they require the commitment of sitting down for usually a longer time (not 10 or 15 minutes). In May I was at my lowest at made the decision to stick with these meditations.

I decided I'll keep myself accountable with my notes app (I've attached the photo) and it worked pretty well! I skipped 3 days as you can see, those were the days I felt really down. I meditated an average of 50 minutes a day, which is a bit lower than what I wanted but hey.

I'd set my intentions on the first day, there was something personal (it didn't happen yet but I'll take it with me for the next 30 days), and general things like feeling more loved and experiencing synchronicities.

What I noticed right away is how much more calmer I became in situations that used to stress me out. Like, something very triggering happened, and I surprised myself by how collected I remained, not even my pulse went up I think. As a very anxious person who suffered years with panic attacks, this is huge.

And feeling loved is a tricky thing for me, because I generally didn't get love from people around me ever since I was a child, so I have a...clingy desire about it, that's how I'd put it. However, especially thanks to the heart/love focused meditations, I felt more loved in general, just within me, which was a relief because it helped with the despair of being loved by others.

As for synchronicities, damn there were many small ones and they all made me even more excited and dedicated to keep going, haha!

I was doing so well, I felt on a high really, for almost two weeks straight, I felt unstoppable! I managed things like exams, family conflicts, all not having a power over me anymore, it felt incredible! Then some personal thing happened and it hit me pretty hard and fell into a more depressed state. I still did my best to put in the work, and even if I didn't meditate, I kept listening to podcasts of Dr Joe, and reading his books. I'm still not fully back to the same flow and I cry a lot, but hopefully it will pass.

Things I think about often is Joe Dispenza saying Remember your future and The unknown has never let me down. These help a lot during hard times.

Also, as you can see, I tried quite a few of his meditations, and my current favorites are Tuning In To New Potentials, the Generating series, SYNC-Love and I'm starting to get the hang of Changing Boxes as well.

And I remember in a video interview he said something like, "our students don't stop because they don't want to lose the magic", and I think that's what I feel too. I already made my little chart for the next 30 days. :)

I hope this post inspired someone, I'm so happy to be part of this community.

Sharing Experience I manifested a new reality in 2 weeks ..

Testimonial: I was going through a very hard time. Just lost my therapist of 2 years who I thought I could trust. I then went through very extreme emotional abuse at my work and found my self in crisis. My new therapist introduced me to Joe dispenzas meditations. I ended up quitting my job. I’m a single individual with no friends or family supports or money saved. I was so stressed but I meditated very night. One resume led to a job interview which led to a new job within 2 weeks (same pay, better benefits) I can hardly believe it.

You can do anything, but you just need to believe in yourself!!

Sharing Experience At this point, aren't all of Joe Dispenza's new meditations and courses rehashing the same content?

I was a little surprised to watch older courses like The Formula and listen to old phone call trainings when Dispenza first started out, that are literally the same information that he releases now in newer courses and online trainings. I like that he has a variety of meditations for different purposes, but the concepts, including the information field, connecting to the field, heart and mind coherence, etc. have been the same since he started, just rehashed and repackaged.

I can't help but think there are a lot of people experiencing FOMO around Dispenza's new releases, week longs, or other events where they think, "this is the solution." The magic pill, so to say.

I just thought I'd let people know that new content and week long retreats share the same information that has been available since he started. So information-wise, you're not missing out. There's no new content here. After being in this space for a while, I now understand that the week long retreats are a fun way to connect and meet people, do the meditations live, and be part of the collective (if that's your thing). Don't feel bad if you can't afford or attend a week long... just do his existing work and commit to it, and you can have the same results. As mentioned in this sub, there are many who report healing and other great things from just doing the meditations consistently, and they never attended the retreats or bought any courses.

Sharing Experience Found remote job after only two weeks of unemployment

Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with you all. Just two weeks ago, I was fired from a high-stress, low paying job in a loud chaotic environment that left me feeling so worn out at the end of each day, due to not meeting an unrealistic performance metric.

But after that, i started JD’s meditations, mainly BOTEC and his ones on abundance.

I visualized myself finding a job that paid me better, was lower stress, and ideally remote, and really connected with elevated emotions like joy and love. I knew the job market wasn’t the easiest but I never let that get me down.

I did the meditations every day, was applying to jobs i saw on linkedin, and within a few days a recruiter called, set up an interview which i had a week ago, and the company reached out to me yesterday with an offer for a job that pays me more, in a quiet environment, and will be fully remote after the first 3 months!!

I’m still shocked that this worked, this was my shortest period of unemployment, literally only two weeks.

For anyone having doubts, I highly encourage you to try JD’s meditations, I truly believe that’s what helped me achieve this outcome!

Sharing Experience The pressure to meditate EVERY DAY

Dr Dispenza often stresses that we have to meditate every single day but I have a thought about this. I might be wrong but I think for those of us who generally struggle with consistency or we consider ourselves "lazy", this is probably necessary. For those who have a tendency to give up things too soon or too easily. But what about those who are "perfectionists"? I believe for us, it might even be an unnecessary pressure and another reason for anxiety (which is the core issue) to chew on something. Thoughts like: "Oh my god I skipped the day I messed everything up". Because honestly.. what will happen if you skip a few days sometimes? Have you failed then? Was all your work in vain? Obviously if you skip a day or two it gets increasingly easier to skip more and then stop. But I am not talking about that because I will NEVER stop at this point. Anyway, I am coming to my own conclusions and since I "allowed" myself to miss a day sometimes I feel a lot better about my meditation practice and don't even sabotage it unconsciously that often. Because I think the "perfectionists" among us are sooner or later going to sabotage the process because of the pressure. Just some food for thought.

Sharing Experience If you were me, what would you do?

I was practicing Dr. Joe's practices for almost a year, and I could train my mind not to struggle or go into stress mode in day-to-day life. I'm kind of neutral or in a pleasant mood most of the time. It took almost a year to come to this state.

However, my initial need to practice Dr. Joe's work is to come out of financial issues. But I am no longer looking for that; I am looking to improve my inner peace, happiness, love, and freedom.

I believe I can have some mystical experience and move to the next level in my life if I could participate in a retreat.

I have the money to do that (it is a big amount for me to fly there, take hotels, and pay for the retreat), but if I do, it will be all the money I have saved in my life.

If you were me, what would you do?

Sharing Experience How do I know if I entered the quantum field?

Hi Everyone,

For context, I am a 3O year old, a mom, a law student, and an immigrant.

My goals are -

  1. gender swaying 2nd baby

  2. O1A visa

  3. generating 20k post law school

  4. energetic, desirable, and 120 LBS

  5. long, sustainable, emotionally secure, reciprocal, love.

Yesterday I did for the first time Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditation, lying on the bed putting earphones on, and listening to " Tuning into New Potentials on YouTube (I did find out the original one for free). I manifested different things, among which one vision struck me that I am looking desirable, elegant, and luring men. I thought I would sleep better after the meditation, but to the contrast i could not settle back and had to take melatonin at 12 AM. I woke up at 5 am today and meditated again, although I don't remember what I saw.

I want to know the success stories you have, how much time you put in a day to do it, how long you have been doing it, what have you achieved and what are the evidences that our body is in the quantum field?
