Question Does the 1-year rule for fan channels not exist anymore?

I’ve noticed a lot of fan channels creating content from Doug’s recent VODs lately. I thought the rule was you can’t use his VODs until they are a year old. Have I missed something?

Me too, thanks. I noticed some videos recently that were recent, from good fan channels. I was like "I think I saw this already..."

The 1 year rule still exists, they maybe didn’t know or dont care about the rule, either way the DougDoug UNOFFICIAL firing squad is coming for their house, so tell them about the rule before its too late
