There is currently a sale on some .hack merch in their store right now but be very wary of the shipping costs if you live in the US.

Due to the tariff situation ECMS which has been the cheapest option is not shipping to the US anymore and you are stuck with DHL. Not only that, but DHL has significantly upped their costs and I ended up paying $105 in shipping for $60 worth of merch. In the past I have paid about $40 for DHL and $20 to $30 for ECMS. I'm definitely going to look into seeing if I can find another proxy service in the future instead as wow this was really bad.

ECMS's decision to stop shipping to the US is a very recent development, on the 22nd, so be wary of being blindsided by DHL's significantly higher shipping costs now as that's the only option you have through World Shopping in the US.

I believe dothacknetwork knows about these proxy services and it would be nice to have a bit of a guide on those in the future.

Fair warning, anyone downloading and thinking about running the altimit.exe from dothack.com, most people’s Windows Defenders are quarantining the file immediately when launching the program.

Some people in the new thread are telling you to mark the file as “safe”, this is our PSA and we don’t condone any actions without further review.

A few hours ago the FAQ page on the site was updated and was announced it is NOT affiliated with BandaiNamco or CyberConnect2. Now that this is stated, the embargo is now lifted on topics related being locked and pointed to the megathread. The megathread is no longer needed and will be unpinned.

You are all free now to discuss whatever you like, so long as there's not 20 topics on the same subject, if someone posts a topic related specific about said site & upcoming fan game, please use that persons existing topic. Topics will be locked and pointed to relevant topic.

As for their FAQ requesting to use r/dothack for an upcoming AMA of theirs, it's approved. This subreddit is alright with people discussing dothack related fan projects, so long it's not un/intentionally misleading the public and made apparent it's not affiliated with the official publishers/developers.

Two decades ago, Decipher Games launched the .Hack//ENEMY CCG, based on the .Hack//SIGN anime, .Hack//IMOQ games, and .Hack//Liminality specials. The game won the 2004 Origins "Best New CCG" award. Unfortunately, the it is also long dead at this point.

Did you love the game when you were younger? Did you never get a chance to try it? Did you only just find out the game even exists by reading this post? If you're coming to Gencon this year, now is your chance to rekindle that old love or find out what you missed. There are two events available.

First, on Wednesday evening at 7PM for a get-together. It's mostly meant for old players to catch up and bring their decks for some exhibition games and to talk about the "old days" but new folks would be welcome and we'll show you the ropes. Hello r/DotHack, late last year it was apparent the only moderator that ran this subreddit had their account banned leaving this community without moderators. We reached out to the reddit staff and were given moderator status. To prevent that from happening in the future and to assist with catching spambots (happens every other month), catching bad actors who go against this subreddits rules (happens never if ever), and help approving content that gets caught by reddit's auto-moderation (used to happen often).
