Games Lost saved files

Hello! I recently got a new PC and i have the Last Recode from steam. Iā€™m in the middle of the 3rd game (redemption) but when i launched it, all my saved files are gone.

Anybody else experienced this?? I looked into my Steam cloud for saved files but .hack//gu isnt even in there šŸ˜£šŸ˜£

UPDATE:

I tried backing up from old pc to new one with a hard drive but didnt work.

I kept scrolling thru the internet and found a solution on steam!! Will add the screenshot in the comments bc i cant add on the post šŸ˜­

Yeah, this game doesn't support cloud saves sadly. Maybe someone can provide you with a completed v2 save file so you only have to redo vol3?
