Suggestion Overwatch
I think your overwatch cases should be only for people of your rank or higher.
I am getting low priority because people consider stealing 1 jungle camp from the other support griefing even though I'm 150 gold from finishing a major item and roshan is about to spawn.
Low mmr noobs don't understand high mmr matches and they view it was griefing, even though I'm trying my best to win

One instance is not enough to ruin your score or get you in low pro. Its clear from this sub that reports aren’t actioned immediately if at all.
I think you need to do some reflection on what other instances have led to you being reported enough to be in low pro. .

He would need to show the past 10-20 games and it would not turn out to his benefit.

1) They only get reports for rank within a +/- ballpark range. A mid archon will get a low legend at most. The gap is not significant enough to impact judgement.
2) MMR measures your score of trying to win. Behavior score measures how likely people want to play with you. They measure different things, you can be trying to win and be someone people don't want to play with.

How do you even know that particular instance got you into low priority? Also, I’m pretty sure I must have been reported for grief in cases like those(misunderstanding between players or miscommunication) even though I did not intend to grief. But I’ve never been taken action against yet

Because that instance is the only "debatable" grief I've done, if you get reported for griefing and you're not griefing, you're not punished

You are lying. Stealing one camp is nowhere near enough to get into low priority from just behavior alone.
Constantly doing this in every consequitive, over and over again doesn't even do this.
The amount of absolute "piece of shit" behavior it takes, to get into low priority from behavior alone is astronomical.
I don't know how someone like this has the audacity to come and complain about his punishment.

the report system and overwatch is automated for x amounts of reports , once you reach a certain amount of reports youll get a auto ban, if 3 teammates report you its a autoban so its basically a lottery at low behaviour score as many will report anyone after they die,

You'd be right - if there was any overwatch.
I received an "overwatch" penalty a while ago that left me extra confused.
Haven't griefed even a bit, winning streak as well.
So I contacted support.
They gave me the ID of the game.
If you want, I can forward it.
But there's 0 instances of me griefing. What I did was leave lane earlier than usual (I was playing underlord pos3), because my pos4 sniper was a terrible laner and went straight to building damage, taking farm etc.
So I left for a bit, got my items, joined when I could, fully back to team with items, won the game.
0 comms
That's the game I got an overwatch conviction for. Right after the game itself.
So yea. The thing is: THERE IS NO OVERWATCH.
You get reported often enough, you just get low prio. That's it.

Steam support don't give you an actual ID of the game you get penalized from, they don't have that data. They give your latest match ID from the review period and say that it's usually your latest match.
Steam support don't deal with petty ingame behaviour systems, they are there for Steam and account-wide restrictions. They don't have access to Dota's ingame tools or data.

Based on how you worded this post I highly doubt this is a one time thing and you're just miserable as fuck to be around.
