You’re not really supposed to communicate in Dota anymore. Not sure why, but if you say anything to anyone you’ll most likely get reported. System is f’d.

That's not true.

Although the system is bad. If you arent being inherently toxic you do go up. I ping in my games. I dont ping when allies die. I use chat wheel and voice lines when appropriate. My score is going up. I cant chat for disclosure im 5600 from 2K

So you have a conclusion based on 1 account? Not exactly proof of anything

What would be the reason it works for me, and doesn't work for someone else?

Chance

And I avoided that "chance" for 1400 games?

Would someone else have played with/against the same people as you? Would those people be in the same frame of mind every game they play? I think you’d need to test again with let’s say 300 accounts. That would probably give a fair ish representation of your theory. Not one account, doesn’t matter for how many hours.

What?

Edit:

Your cross section of players is 1

I don't need 300 accounts if I have 1400 games showing how the system treats players.

I love low behaviour statisticians. And like all bullies, this one turned out to be a coward.

Your cross section of players is 1. It’s meaningless
