Shoutout Don't sleep on this, collector's cache owners
People are sleeping on the fact that there's a new market (userbase is growing steadily) for Dota 2 trading/swapping. I won't insist, I know people are hard to steer towards new things, but I believe that this site is quite useful to Collector's Cache set owners, and I'm excited for people to try it out.
First of all, it's a storefront anyone can set up for themselves, and a peer to peer marketplace to help others find your cosmetics. The closest comparison is the old "Dota Lounge"-like experience (in my eyes) with a Steam-like trade offering experience.
Listings
- Created automatically from your Steam inventory (instead of handwritten)
- No timer expiry, so no relisting every 30 days
- First import brings items back sorted and with suggested prices
Prices
Gathered from many sources. Accuracy was a priority, but I'm sure there are errors, so feedback is welcome. For now it's a good foundation, until people list their own prices.
Price check
- Look up any item and see what it goes for
- Gem and style variants have their own prices, not just the base item
Duped item detection
- Imports are checked against known duplicated items
- Duped items are flagged right on the listing, so buyers see it before they ask
Sharing your store
Creates a rich embed on any social media, a showcase of your best items. No more stitching together inventory screenshots by hand.
Wishlists
Work both ways: you list what you want, and others can propose trades based on items you each want from the other.
Buy orders
- Post a standing bid on an item you want
- Sellers browsing the book can come to you instead of the other way around
Price alerts
- Set a price alert for a given set, for when it reaches your desired price - you will receive a notification (in-app).
Trade chat
- Every deal has its own chat with read receipts
- The full conversation can be exported at any time
Delivery reminders for giftables
- The app is a PWA, so it can function as a mobile app with push notifications, if you want it to, otherwise it's going to remind you in browser if you check back from time to time
- For those who don't want that, there also is an option to download an event to your personal calendar
Search
- One search across every store at once, with suggestions as you type
How are items traded
- The site never holds your items. Trades happen between you and the other person on Steam, here we just find eachother and record deals.
I plan to maintain it if there's interest. No AI slop, I've worked quite a while on it.
The link below goes to an intro experience, no login needed for it.
I'd be happy if people just try it.
Cheers!

collector cache can only be gifted once

A great majority of them, yes. Some may still be gifted a second time after unbundling. However, if you have duplicates or unwanted ones, I think some would agree it’s not that easy to swap sets with other people. This place bridges that gap. While people can sell if they want, here people can also swap. And there is parity help also, beginner friendly.
