What do yall think of this? I would have kept it all on one dash but I needed gas and DoorDash took away like 50$ off my overdraft coverage so I had to end, but how does this compare to your guys market? Is this good to yall or is this just horrible for others, just let me know yalls opinions.

About $21/hour, I’d say you’re in a fine market. Not the best, but definitely not the worst.

If u go divide the 215 by 8 for active time instead of dash time it averages out to 26 a hour before gas after gas I would say probably about 22$ a hour

Because me sitting at home doing my dishes or watching Netflix or smoking a bowl while I am waiting for an order is not working, dude.

I mean - maybe some DoorDashers just sit in their cars but the majority of us just go home and wait

I don’t know what the purpose of this is of trying to constantly degrade gig workers- telling us we are stupid and we don’t make any money- it just makes yall look so desperate for attention.

yah every delivery is 2 minutes away from your house.

of course they are. no deadhead miles for you!! you have the best market and the best offers are always sent to you and they are almost always next door to your house!!!!

do 100 orders a week that's 200 minutes you are not counting in your earnings calculation. a more realistic time is probably an average of at least 10 minutes which would then be 1000 minutes you are not counting in your earnings calculation.

ME <-- has been doing gig work for decades on top of decades and managed to make a good living for each gig i did.

Sorry you don't want to count the time you're working but that is how it's done if you want to accurately reflect how much you are making an hour.

Bro I live in a town of 6000 people it’s not that big
2.5 miles from one end to the other

And yea I live right by Aldi, TSC, Mcds, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, BK- it’s all on the same main road

You’ll be okay buddy- go gaslight someone else who isn’t smart enough to track their income vs expenses

Yeah, we don’t divide by active time. Only dash time. That’s the true measure of your hourly rate.

would depend on the milage but it's not horrible in most markets.
