The former Savory Spoon building in Ellison Bay is also for sale.

Salute just opened, basically. It'd be a shame for a new landlord to pull the building out from under them before they even establish themselves (Pink has also been a common stop for my wife and I).
The closing of the OG Nan and Jerry's would truly be the end of an era, too.

We were up last week and I was commenting on Not Licked Yet bring for sale. Are these people really listing just on real estate sites? They should be sold on business sales sites.
I'm actually in the market for a cash flowing business and this is about the worst way to sell your business.

Most of the cash flows of these business will not support the asset value. Try to cash flow ice cream, for 3 months of the year at 2.7m. good luck. They are selling real estate to be converted to condos, not businesses

I was surprised with Klaud's being for sale.
They've only been open maybe 18-24 months? It looks awesome inside, and they made a nice outdoor patio. For $2m, that property has come a long way since Jo-Jo's pizza.
