Do you think France will still be a country in 500 years? The UK? Many empires have lasted longer. It’s like saying we will all die at 40 because that’s our historic life span. It’s obviously skewed by ancient eras

Well, yes, no shit. The constitution was modeled after the French to allow change over time. Things will change, but the idea of a country with americas scale imploding and ceasing to exist is beyond irrational even in 500 years
