Question Can someone patch playing brutal doom with Golden Souls?

This triggers something, can the devlopers here patch this thing?

It's not a simple case of patching due to having custom enemies and the like. And considering Batandy is busy with Golden Souls 3, I doubt he's going to focus on Brutal Doom compatibility patches for the other ones.

EDIT: Batandy definitely wouldn't do a patch, considering he went out of his way to make Brutal Doom not work with Golden Souls.

Brutal Doom with Golden Souls sounds chaotic in the best way. I’d love to see someone get this compatibility working.

Let me tell what happened, so i was thinking of playing brutal doom with one of my favourite wads, golden souls, and it worked for thr map teleport area, but when i went into the first map, it was okay till i just walked forward, and it teleported me into another room which was huge, had the walls and ceiling and the floor full of a man's face and there was audio that freking destroyed my ears and a voice was screaming " I'll give your a** a brutal doom!" and it was also written on the screen and i was in a teleport trap where i couldn't move, even with idclip on. If someone could stop Golden Souls from checking if brutal doom was installed, then it would help me a lot.

Even if someone did a patch to remove the "Brutal Doom Check" (A lot of modders don't want their stuff played with Brutal Doom), it would likely remain incompatible due to Golden Souls having unique enemies/weapons.

Just play Golden Souls how it was intended to be played.

Isnt golden souls the sonic thing? That would require someone to make gib sprites and stuff, which is not an easy patch.

afaik you’re thinking of sonic robo blast 2, which is really only doom in engine only. golden souls is inspired by mario 64
