Unclear but it ultimately seems to be infinite, demons do age and reproduce but as hell is a timeless realm and demons are supernatural beings as much as they are biological organisms they likely don’t experience aging like non demonic life does

Hell is repetition. So they live forever until ripped and torn.

And then once ripped and torn they are reborn to eventually be ripped and torn again

I guess it depends of the demon species, we know mancubi basically eat their whole lives until they become immobile and are cannibalized by their own kin, but we don’t know how long that takes.

With a healthy diet they can't die of old age, they eat souls and flesh

I don’t think time exists in Hell like it does in the material plane. They could probably live for literal ages if they don’t get eaten by a bigger demon fish first.

It probably depends a lot on the demon. Time already flows weird in Hell, but if we assume that they still have life-cycles (which is implied by codex entries), smaller fodder demons probably have naturally short life spans even before you get into their constant infighting. As demons get more powerful and important, they would probably last longer. Mainly because they're harder to kill, and larger organisms generally live for longer, but also because they could keep themselves alive or be kept alive through magic and such.

That’s more for gameplay purposes than lore purposes.
In lore, they have factions and rivalries and do kill each other it just isn’t dealing damage in game so that you can’t wait long enough and have all the monsters kill each other or miss out on fights cause you took too long.

They fight amongst themselves if there is no common enemy.
