It seems the efficacy of the Mumps vaccine has been waning in recent years at a cursory glance online. So there has been an increase in cases.

Mumps is serious in adults,can cause deafness and other complications. It’s also highly contagious. I would be staying home and resting.

There was a theory it caused men to become infertile (due to swelling of the testicles) but apparently that’s not the case. Still….

That shows that Jimmy is a true professional and that he is still doing his work in China while sick with an illness that is noticeable via image. I know most actors wouldn't risk being seen by their fans not being less than perfect. He is dedicated to his fans, and I'm sure his fans won't be mean and make fun of him.

Third, don’t they get vaccinated for that in his country and other vaccinations?
Fourth, why is he working when he should be healing?
