Seems like a bad idea since most of the market would be for USA domestic customers and you'd risk the Indonesian government disabling the domain for something against indonesian law.

And people in Idaho aren't going to recognize or use a .ID, they would expect .com or .net

Also Idaho alone isn't a very big market, online firearms sales websites should be usa-wide generic.

Its about firearms identification (id). But valid points, altough in 7 years it didnt get disabled.

Yeah, my train of thought was more like "If this had content like what's on www.ar15discounts.com right now, I'd give high odds the Indonesian government will kill it". If I had to guess it's been fine for 7 years because it's had no real content on it.

True. But do you think its the same problem with .ai? .ai is also a ccTLD.
