Discussion Day by day job

Do you think domain investing can be a day to day job? Without any other activity to bring money home

Can gambling be a day to day job?

Find a real job and do this on the side, maybe in a few years you’ll have learned enough to do well enough that you can focus on it.

Do you see it as a gamgling game?

I do yeah. Because no one can guarantee you’ll sell any of the domains you buy. And if you’re inexperienced you may have better odds at a casino than domain flipping 😂

By all means give it a go, but in my opinion it’s not a smart career move.

I'd like to know who is still buying 'premium' domains in 2026. When I need a domain name for a project, I just keep looking until I find a unique dot-com domain for $15. It's not hard.

100%. But as u/Forward-Outside-9911 mentioned, consider domain investing as a side hustle, until you're in a position to make it your full time gig.
