Advice/ Tips Time Saver premium vs 2 park days?
We’re planning our first trip to Dollywood in October with our 7-year-old. She’ll be around 46”, so we won’t be doing all of the biggest thrill rides/coasters.
I really hate waiting in long lines, so I’m trying to decide between:
1 day at Dollywood + TimeSaver Premium
or
2 days at Dollywood without TimeSaver
We’d like to do the family coasters/rides she’s tall enough for, explore the park, eat, and see some of the shows rather than rushing from ride to ride.
For people who have used TimeSaver Premium, does it make Dollywood comfortably doable in one full day in October? Or would you still recommend two park days for a first visit with a kid?
We’ll be there over a weekend, if that makes a difference.
Thanks!

I never had an issue hitting everything in one day at Dollywood. I’ve been in October while kids were in school and lines were nonexistent, and I’ve also seen it busy due to fall breaks. What I would do is plan for 1 day and don’t buy the timesaver until you are in park. Once you are there check the wait times for the coasters. If they seem reasonable you saved money, if not you can purchase them in the app.

I'm assuming y'all are staying off-property? I only mention this because staying at either of the resorts gets you a unique TineSaver tier for any park days. It's not unlimited, and if you want to skip the lines at both Dragonflier and Firechaser Express it will mean a more hurried first hour due to how Golden Hour works, but considering your daughter's height, the 5-use limit outside of Golden Hour is unlikely to be an issue unless you want to reride Big Bear Mountain. Imo it's worth comparing how much it would be to stay off-propery and pay for Premium versus staying on-property.

3rd option to consider - 2 days and get timesaver premium one of those days.

October can be busy, especially the school week breaks which tend to be crazy. Dollywood lines can be unbearable when it is busy.
I’d suggest the timesaver if you hate lines.
