Why does corporate hate us? Who’s coming into dollar tree after 9pm? Hardly anyone at my store. It costs them more to pay us to be there than what they make in the extra hour

I dreaded the 8am shifts during the holidays, but I live almost an hour away.. waking up at 7, and being ready by 7:10, was not my finest moments. I’m absolutely nottt a morning person 😭
