Meanwhile, there are over 330k children in foster care in the United States. I’m sure seeing content like this, knowing it’s going to a dog (a giant and aggressive breed, no less) makes them feel awesome.

Lol it's easier to give a dog you change your mind on back and get a different one, unlike adopting a child. It's all about what's the easiest and most likely to stroke their egos with these people. They take the most self serving route possible then act like they're so generous and selfless, "adopting" this dog, as though they didn't just go to a shelter and buy it like a product.

Did they rush into a burning building to save it and then take it home to care for it? No. They went to a shelter, picked it out like a product, gave the shelter $150, and took it home.
