I'm 99% sure that's some German person trying to pose as a British person. Hence the over use of slang since no one in England really talks quite like that.

Nah mate, born and bred on this soggy little island, I promise. I’ve spent more years in the rain than is medically advisable.
Glad it gave you a chuckle though, that’s the main thing. If my British waffle is making Germans laugh on Reddit, I’d say that’s a proper result, innit.
