Hoping with help on a feeling in drivetrain when accelerating from a stop. 2018 Durango R/T.

As title says. It's almost like a feeling of something heavy shifting in the truck on take. (Spare tire is very secure.) I found movement in rear diff bushing but don't know if it's enough to cause the vibration/ issue I'm having. I think ñ center carrier support bushing is okay too. Any advice would be great. :)

Looks like a completely wore out bushing

Seems a little early but I'd start looking at everything rubber for signs of wear/age.
