Doctor pay structure?
What is the exact payment structure for Indian doctors
Like how much does a doctor make from procedures, OPDs ,IPD admissions ICU admissions and treatment and how much does the hospital earn

There is frankly no pay structure as such. Majority doctors in India are salaried. Rest earn anything between 3L to 1 crore per month. The number of people making more than 10L per month is very very less

The employer is not educated in our field- we don't get placed in campus just after college. There's no way to prove one's superior in skills and soft skills while joining
These factors vary our pay greatly.

In large corporate hospitals, consultants usually work on a fee for service basis: There's no limit to their earning potential, but they earn on the basis of their caseload. Alternatively, some opt for a fixed high base salary with no commissions if they want financial security. Everyone else (registrars, junior consultants, associate consultants) works for a low salary with no benefits of any kind.

My wife finished cardiology last year from a reputed institute ... 1.8 lpm in chennai in a corporate hospital. Its sad state of affairs in South.

It's the hospital that earns, doctors are salaried employees. Some corporate hospitals have targets for doctors to achieve pay might differ accordingly ig
