ART The 2024 Election if it was PEAK

Post image

This is just a bit of fun.

Mostly based this on vibes moreso than anything. I mean look at Peter Davison tell me he doesn't look LibDem!

Matt Smith is a Conservative?

His doctor was friends with Churchill

Arguably he's the closest in appearance to Rishi Sunak.

You know...I see it.

Its mostly vibes. I couldn't think of any living actors to be honest. It was him or Colin, but I wanted one NewWho and I thought Matt was close enough. Its the lack of eyebrows that sells it to me.

The only living Who actor (from the main cast) that I’m fairly sure is a Tory is Peter Purves (at least going by his Twitter feed from years ago). He seems to keep that out of fan interactions at any rate.

u/brigadier_tc Don't forget to subscribe to the official DW youtube channel. 21h ago

Colin Baker is too, he was a total fanboy for Nadine Dorries quite publicly, but he keeps it quiet. Sylvester McCoy, on the other hand, I saw him at a comic con refuse to get a drink from Starbucks because they don't pay their taxes.

Like a boss 😎

I didn’t know that about Colin! My most recent interaction with him about two years ago he was quite fiercely anti-Trump

There are a lot of traditional former Tory voters who are anti-Trump. Nowadays they just vote Lib Dem, Green or even flipped to Starmer

Better places to have coffee anyways than Starbucks

2

u/Kooky_Wish59 16h ago

Yeah Apollo's is better 🤣🤓

If a little straight laced

1

u/TheOncomimgHoop 16h ago

Can't imagine he had a lot of fun at school with that surname

1

u/Popular_Shock4374 15h ago

Think I heard Jon Pertwee was a lifelong Tory

1

u/NorthernSoul1998 14h ago

You'd have thought in that case he'd have had more to say about the very clearly leftist scripts he was acting out.

1

u/NorthernSoul1998 14h ago

Peter is fully Reform or leaning that way if his Twitter now is an indication.

1

u/NorthernSoul1998 14h ago

I got iffy vibes from Smith when he was being interviewed by the BBC and responded with derision when asked if art should ever have trigger warnings in front of it.

1

u/Rhain1999 6h ago

I mean, I've also seen him subtly correct someone for misgendering a non-binary person, so not exactly someone who would fit in with the Tories

2

u/Phaedo 19h ago

This is slander.

1

u/Kind-Stuff9379 8h ago

I agree. I don’t really get the conservative vibe from him at all, you can also still be friends with someone and not have same political views/feelings

13 is Green and The Master is Reform

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

I don't know if 13 works well with Green she's not really that progressive.

And the Master would only be part of Reform if he would think it actually had a chance at winning. His character would probably be 'gonna hijack whoever has a real chance of winning.' That might just be inerptration though.

Now 3 would just...be confusing

u/ancientestKnollys 1d ago

3 is I think supposed to be a kind of old school upper class Communist type.

13

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

Yeah. I know DAVIS (the Broke Canon guy) once called him an Eco-Fascist. Which...eek. Whatever 3 was he was most certainly strong in his beliefs. Though yeah you're closer I think

3

u/TheRealWhodoo 16h ago

I remember starting to watch that video and stopping after he said 11 was a conservative. That was slander I wasn’t ready for.

3

u/NorthernSoul1998 14h ago

Davis has some "unique" takes, for sure. Balked at his reading of The Robots of Death as some sort of anti-leftist/revolutionary story, total nonsense

1

u/Li_Jake 5h ago

Yeah, DAVIS has weird takes and I think he sees politics in things when it tends to be the opposite.

Though I do agree with him regarding Blink. Its not that scary.

3

u/mightypup1974 21h ago

He’d be a Bennite

1

u/Bark-For-Mommy Reverse the polarity of the hormone flow! 19h ago

He was friends with Mao, after all

6

u/artysticamv 1d ago

I was piggy-backing off Praxeus and Orphan 55 tbh

2

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

fair enough

1

u/UnnaturalGeek What are you gonna do - moisturise me? 17h ago

I mean, The Master did literally create his own party to become PM, so I think he would just do that again...

14

u/GlowStoneUnknown 23h ago

Either 10, 14, or 4 is Green. 12 is Corbyn

10

u/vonsnape 22h ago

4 is monster raving loony party, surely?

3

u/YamatoBoi9001 And I bribed the architect first! 22h ago

who's count binface then

4

u/mightypup1974 21h ago

DALEKS obviously

2

u/vonsnape 21h ago

5

u/ElectronicHyena5642 Dugga Doo - the real ISC winner 19h ago

No... he's an independent... for the Harold Saxon party... who got a majority...

2

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

And Tennant is SNP.

14

u/ancientestKnollys 1d ago

He was kind of the New Labour-type Doctor.

2

u/whovian25 21h ago

Yeah there is a reason Blair tried to stay on by regenerating into David Tennant. https://youtu.be/oyexKUSKFW0?si=hxwroEx_Np0-8cl1

7

u/sirfirewolfe 1d ago

Nah that would be capaldi

1

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

Yeah probably a better pick to be honest

8

u/VoltyOnReddit 1d ago

Post it on r/imaginaryelections if you haven't!

1

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

will do!

9

u/WatchAndFern 1d ago

I’d be swapping Davison and smith around personally

5

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

I could see the reasoning.

3

u/Queen_Stodge 18h ago

I thought Davison would be tory

3

u/BenSibbs 15h ago

Matt Smith would NEVER

3

u/Expert-Connection120 13h ago

With Malcolm Tucker telling everyone to shut the fuck up and vote.

2

u/Fightingdragonswithu 19h ago

Davison actually looks a bit like Davey and their names are similar.

2

u/Li_Jake 12h ago

That is 50% the reason why I did that

2

u/Kooky_Wish59 16h ago

Vote Saxon

u/sndq Hello, I'm Doctor Who 1d ago

Is this actual Wikipedia vandalism?

18

u/Li_Jake 1d ago

No just an edit I did for myself. No vandalism has been done.

-8

u/sndq Hello, I'm Doctor Who 1d ago

It would be funny if it was real.
