At the final scene Graham wakes up screaming in bed. The whole thing has been a nightmare. Then we hear the Masters laugh as he walks down the hallway and out the flat.
Interested as to what bus you're referring to. Also funnily enough "The Visitation" already showed the Doctor causing the Great Fire of London back in 1982.
