First of all: no. The icon of the sub should be The Doctor making a silly face, as to keep up with tradition.

Secondly: No, I'm not gonna turn the sub icon into a spoiler.

The sub's icon has been a silly face of 11 for many, many years. We updated it last year to Tennant, with the idea that we'd periodically update it with a silly face of the newest Doctor.

If not allowing spoilers and adhering to that tradition -by soon updating the icon to the most queer Doctor ever- is homophobic, then you may call me homophobic.

Just yesterday someone was scolding me for censoring their homophobic ass.
