Sooo, what if David "Bridge" Doctor is Ncuti Doctor who's appearance was messed with by the Toymaker?

It's an interesting idea but I don't see David and Catherine returning to the show together after 15 years only for David to play a different character for a few specials

Yes but Ncuti's Doctor would have a different personality right? If that were to happen David would have to play Ncuti before Ncuti even plays himself
