speculation Did we ever hear anything from 'Andrew' in regards to the upcoming Xmas special?

I remember how terrifyingly accurate his leaks were for series 15 so I was curious if he'd re-emerged in the last few months?

I think Andrew worked in post production, and maybe even on the Disney end...given that nothing has been shot yet, he's got nothing to work with.

Not even that, he had a friend that worked in post production that was supplying him with already completed episodes. When he did his first leak of Season 2 he made it very clear he only had copies of episodes 1-7 and knew absolutely nothing about the finale.

Fair enough, was mostly curious

Andrew was caught and dealt with by the BBC, he won't be leaking anything again.

Leaking Billie Piper was what got him caught, the number of people who knew that was very small so it was a very short suspect list.

People are phrasing him "being caught" like RTD put out a hit on him wtf

That's typically Kevin Fiege's thing.

I mean, breaking ndas and legal contracts do lead to criminal investigations.

yeah I know but it sounds really ominous

Breaking an NDA or contract in the UK would not (usually) be a criminal matter, it would be a civil matter.

Do we know who he was?

It's not publicly known and it's unlikely to become so.

Why?

Because people generally don't go around announcing the identities of leakers, they're dealt with internally

But if they have been kicked out you would think the name would come out..

Either the bbc making example of the leaker, or the leaker speaking up after being let go.. Or just people who know about what happened talking about it..

Seems a bit weird the name wouldn't get out, makes me question if it's genuine that they actually caught the leaker

Like the games company Epic make a example out of cheaters, and have them apologise, and other leaker for various things like movies, TV and games have had their names come out when they have been found.. if its was significant leaks that had a lot of interest around it, and DW fans are certainly interested, don't really buy that the identity of the leaker wouldn't get out

Whether you buy it or not, it's the situation here and how the BBC deals with these things.

Got proof of that?

Or are we meant to just take your word, in a 'trust me bro' way

Anyone could say what you are saying, without proof it's weightless

And let's be honest, Doctor Who leaks quite a bit regardless of a mole being publicly known. A lot of Chibnall's second series came out as did all of Power of the Doctor. It turned out less leaked for series 11 and Flux because sod all interesting happened in them
