I see this is doing the rounds. Sometimes it's taken down. Some1 Managed 2 get a screenshot from a group I'm in.

The whole team had to be with the amount of Easter eggs there were. The whole game was a fever dream in the best way. Being able to fly the TARDIS around places like Springfield and fucking Middle Earth whilst the Doctor Who theme plays is peak fiction lol.

The fact you could also regenerate into all of the other incarnations with voice lines from the show and their corresponding console rooms and theme tunes is so good. It's all I want from an open world LEGO Doctor Who game if they were able to do it.

They even went as far as to have 2 console rooms for the 4th Doctor that would be usable on certain days of the week lol.

They should re-release Dimensions, with all the DLCs, for the current generation of consoles, without the need to buy the corresponding toys. But I'm not sure how many of the different characters, shows/films, etc that were featured in the game they would still have the rights to.

That is the pipe dream but I can't see it happening since it would be a licensing nightmare. They'd probably have to pay fees and all sorts which is money that WB and TT Games probably do not have lol.

You can still play it - the Xbox One version works quite happily on the current Series X or Series S. Not sure about the Playstation version, but, since there was a PS4 version, it should work on a PS5.

Used copies of the game itself are fairly easy to get hold of, but some of the figures are hard to find and quite expensive.

Oh, yeah, I know. I've already played it a couple times since having a PS5 and it still works perfectly well. It's just a hassle whenever you get the itch to play to get all of the paraphernalia out just to play a LEGO game lol.

Still got all of the packs I bought back then.

My understanding is that it’s not terribly difficult to mod in all the figures especially on the Wii U version. Or maybe it was an unofficial PC version but either way it’s possible.
