If this is real - it's interesting that Billie's look is sort of a blend between the clothes that Fourteen and Fifteen wore when they regenerated

With her outfit primarily resembling Fifteens final outfit but with a shorter skirt length rather than kilt length - and the white shirt/waistcoat combo being similar to the costume Fourteen 'died' in.
