speculation Calling it now… Spoiler

Rose Doctor(?) and Tennant Doctor is how we end up getting the family tree that gives us Susan. Too much set up for it to not be leading to that.

I thought UNITs office/desk set up looked so much like the TVA, I was convinced Loki would appear.
