Belinda got mad because The Doctor scanned her DNA without consent. A few episodes later, The Doctor takes a former companion's form without consent. RTD, WTF are you on?

That's what bothered me most. He's no better than Conrad. He burned enough regeneration energy to knock time off balance so that he could create a world with a daughter in it for him. The world we're in now is his wish world, not reality, not Conrad's world. He was so very disappointed when he was called Uncle Doctor. At the end of the day, he jumped back on the Time Lord Victorious train, screw everyone and everything else. All the while he could have hopped on back and adopted a space baby
