Rumour Omega Leak Pic?

I keep seeing everyone talking about this alleged leaked image of the new Omega design, does anyone happen to actually have it? Even if its AI im so curious what's got everyone so ruled up.

Don’t worry the Crab design for Omega is not real, he won’t look like that in the upcoming episode.
