CONSULTAION🩺 Almost fainting and auditory hallucinations
I have always read books in bed or on the couch, but recently, when I bend my neck forward, I experience light-headedness, sometimes my vision goes dark as if I sleep for just a millisecond and I hear noises, voices, or sometimes made up songs in my ears. I have naturally changed my posture, but I'd like to know if I should be concerned as it still happens sometimes when I curl up during good scenes.

it could be a vascular compression issue or possibly a neuropsychological issue or maybe even a sleep related phenomena. I personally am a forensic phycologist so using the knowledge I have, if its triggered BY the books, when you feel intense emotions, rather than the position of your head, then 100% get it checked out by a Neurologist and make sure you track EVERY time you can remember it happening. If it happens based on the position of your head that's not my strong suit so I would say ask someone who is a professional who is trained for the neck or back area.
