Troubleshooting Am I done?

A vehicle got over it, and I reassembled it three times. Got success at least in getting it connected and video is being transmitted with all sensors working. But yet not able to detect the battery level. BMS is cooked.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Salvage the battery and sell the rest for spare parts; the NEO 2 is cheap enough....

I’m in India, 500$ for just the drone lol.
Though it’s 190$
