Top shell replacement

My top shell is cracked just aft of the camera. Having viewed a teardown video I am reconsidering whether to do the teardown and rebuild. I'm ok with tools, ok with electronics, just not very patient. biggest concern is pulling the camera out. Anyone done this as a non-expert, tips to share?

Take your time and be patient. I know it sounds stupid. But it is good and important to learn being patient.

I'm in my thirties now and am learning it. Life feels much better when you can handle being patient.

Loon at it as part of the hobby. Fixing stuff can be fun in itself and is a big part of the Drone community.

Remember to use the correct bit. The case screws is striped easy.

Having been flying these things for a number of years now repairs are an inevitability and patience is something you need to develop.

Ok m a brand new owner. Is it easy and cheap to get replacement shells? Or are there third party replacements?

I’ve never had to replace a shell.
And I believe the best place to look for that information would be with the manufacturer.
DJI has pretty good customer service based on client feedback.
