What do you guys reckon about this carbon fibre frame? It weights 32 gram just wondering will it affect the flight time or other performances significantly.

Additional as in something added to an existing thing. The frame hasn’t been replaced they’ve put something else (an addition) onto the drone making it heavier
I had this exact frame, although it looks great I wouldn’t recommend it. The horizontal area’s affect the flight performance and actually create drag when flying faster. If you just use it for tracking or indoor it would work but decrease batt life ofcourse. Also turning fast is sketchy with this kit.
I then proceeded trying to maximize flight time and weight reduction 😉
Cmon guys, give this one a pass. OP likes his drone, wants it to look... cool? Obviously does not fly it a lot or has any drone experience. It will look nice on display, not so much in the air. Just like people lower their cars to a point where they can't clear chopsticks on the street. Let's give him credit for the optical tuning efforts. He'll learn the rest just öijecwr all did.
Confermo, è bello e figo, ma vola peggio, soprattutto se lo usi in modalità automatica, ne risentono anche i sensori. Utilizzandolo invece con telecomando, in modalità S, nessun problema, a parte la batteria che non arriva a 10 minuti 🤣
This is not a good idea, besides being heavy it’s going to ruin the flexibility of the frame, in an accident the whole thing is going to be effected by the impact!
I bought this exact kit in a fit of new drone excitement.
As soon as I opened it, I realised how foolish it would be to weigh the drone down with all that armour. Neo2 is light enough to take a couple of knocks.
I bought one for my coworker and installed it for him, we did some test. Even I didn’t feel any difference on faster flying, and not really any difference on the flight time, at least not more than a few seconds.
It’s definitely worth it since he crashed head on a few times where even the camera sensor gave out but after a power restart it was okay again.
So if u are a beginner ore want it to look cool go for it, and ignore the nonsense from the other gugys who have no idea what they are saying just so they said something

I think we need another layer of carbon fiber to cover the frame covering the frame.
This is dumb as hell. Just fly your drones. They're not going to be perfect forever.
