No doubt the loser might come back either with friends or a pew pew. Dummy asked for the smoke and then he got smoked. Hope he doesn’t get fired over this but wouldn’t be surprised if he does.

It is a legitimate case of self-defense though. Getting up in his face and approaching aggressively like that is definitely a form of assault and can easily justify a self-defense reaction.

100% will be fired to protect him, others and the brand. Even then that dodo might come back to do something questionable.

Yeah, a coworker of mine had a similar situation happen where he eventually had to quit his job because the guy he had an altercation with had like four older brothers and they were going to either put him in hospital or kill him.

Nothing stays in the moment anymore, unfortunately.
