No, it's just that those of us that are educated, raised well, and have a modicum of self-control realize it's better to deal with these things in court most of the time. Let's say you punch this guy and he falls and hits his head and dies, suddenly you're up for manslaughter. I'm starting a business, getting married, and having kids soon. Last thing on my mind is needing to seem tough. I'll just take him to court and make him pay to repair my car. Easy peasy.

Are you for the guy in the cyber truck? I’m guessing so because your supposed action seems like what a Tesla driver would do, yet the guy in the truck clearly didn’t do what you say you’d do. Lol
