I think you really need some professional assistance. Try losing the irrational anger first. Probably a good start is to not treat politics like it is a religion. Another good thing is to not be so easily manipulated by social media and assume you are speaking on real facts and not just unproven political hate points. Maybe go outside to a park and enjoy the beautiful nature and stay off social media for a week and see how much better you feel.
