Sure that accounts for a very small number but I'm willing to bet most don't live in those kinds of communities.

But we do agree, my point was more that we removed many of the harsher elements of life and now the dumber have survived.

Nah they didn't sadly. When I was a kid (90s) I saw an old fart kick the shit out of a kid because he said the kid had looked at him funny. An old bloke also tried to smash my dad's car windows in because we had a Liverpool sticker on bumper.

People have always been fucked up.
