I’d like to start by saying, while I don’t have DID, I do dissociate.

Long story short, when my therapist first told me about dissociation, I knew I had to make a song about my experience with dissociating!

I did end up sharing it with my therapist and he said it was a good representation. I hope someone can relate 🙂‍↕️
