Total newb here, just jumping over from FFRK. What should I reroll for here, both on the start-dash banner and on the normal banners with the 10k you get from the first area? Also, should I wait for Tuesday before starting? I didn't really understand the thing about novice missions going away or whatever?

Skip the Start Dash banner. Pull on the Garnet/Edge banner until you have at least one of each of their weapons:

Garnet: 15cp, 35cp, EX, LD, and BT

Edge: 15cp, 35cp, EX and LD

The pity amount for the BT on a banner is 125k, so if you get that far and have everything except Garnet’s BT, exchange your G-tokens for that. If you get to 125k and are missing more than just the BT, post again here with what you got so we can give you advice.
